Wait Time & Grace Period

15 min base wait time. 60 min airport wait time.

Residential/Office

15 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Airport Arrivals

60 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight lands.

Wait Charges

$60.00 per hour after the grace period expires.

Tracking

We monitor actual flight landing times via real-time data.

Cancellation & Changes

4h cancellation notice required.

Local (NYC/NJ)

Notice must be given at least 4 hours before pickup.

Long Distance

24-hour notice required for trips outside NYC/New Jersey service zones.

Late Cancellation

Full fare will be charged if notice is given less than 4 hours prior.

Changes

Subject to vehicle availability and may incur price adjustments.

No-Show Policy

Full fare applies for missed pickups.

Contact First

If chauffeur is not found, call dispatch immediately before leaving.

Declaration

No-show is declared after the grace period with no passenger contact.

Charges

No-show reservations are non-refundable and charged at full rate.

Verification

GPS tracking is used to verify chauffeur presence at pickup.

Tolls, Fees & Tips

Includes 18% Tip & NJ Tax.

Estimates

Tolls and fees are estimated and billed as actually incurred.

Sales Tax

NJ Sales Tax (6.625%) applied where applicable by law.

Gratuity

A standard 18% chauffeur tip is automatically included.

Cleaning

Cleaning fees for negligence start at $250.00 (e.g., smoking/vomit).

Text messages

When you opt-in to our SMS program, we will send you text messages for reservation-related communications, including booking confirmations, chauffeur status updates, and ride reminders.

Opt-Out & Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@protonlimo.com or call our dispatch.

Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Terms of Service

By booking a service with Proton Limo, you agree to our Terms of Service. All services are subject to vehicle availability, road conditions, and chauffeur schedules.

We reserve the right to modify routes or cancel bookings in situations involving safety risks, extreme weather, or passenger misconduct. Payments must be processed through our authorized channels, and any cancellations must adhere to our standard Cancellation Policy.

Privacy Policy

Proton Limo is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect passenger names, phone numbers, email addresses, and travel details solely for the purpose of booking, executing, and confirming transportation services.

Mobile Information Consent: No mobile phone numbers or opt-in consent collected for text messaging will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared.

How can I modify a reservation?

Log in to your dashboard to view active rides. Changes made within 4 hours of pickup must be confirmed via phone with our dispatch team.

Do you offer on-demand service like rideshare?

No. We are a pre-arranged service. This guarantees you a dedicated professional chauffeur and a pristine, specifically assigned vehicle.

What is the billing procedure?

A temporary authorization hold is placed at booking. Final charges are processed after trip completion and include actual tolls and wait time.

Are car seats provided?

Yes, we offer luxury infant, toddler, and booster seats for a surcharge of $25.00 per seat. Please specify requirements when booking.
